We are located at 344 Churchill Avenue North, Ottawa, Ontario, K1Z 5C1, on the west side of Churchill Avenue at Wilmont Avenue (between Scott Street and Richmond Road).
The clinic is accessible to all patients - we have a ramp that allows you to enter the clinic from our parking lot without climbing any stairs.

We have free parking behind our clinic off Wilmont Avenue. On-street parking also available on Churchill Avenue, and on Wilmont Avenue.

- Head onto highway 417 East
- Take exit #126 / MAITLAND - go 0.3 km
- Turn right on MAITLAND AVE - go 0.6 km
- Turn right on CARLING AVE - go 1.0 km
- Turn left on CHURCHILL AVE N - go 1.6 km

If you are driving from the East
- Head onto highway 417 West
- Take exit #123 / ISLAND PARK DRIVE - go 1.0 km
